Villa Broccolo

Villa Broccolo is a stone farmhouse restored by the owner with original Tuscan materials, such as terracotta floors, wood-beamed ceilings, and exposed brickwork. The garden is completely fenced and surrounded by trees. The outdoor swimming pool is located 50 metres away.

The wooden floors on the second floor of Villa Broccolo are all handmade. Modern facilities include air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The villa is only 12 km from the centre of Lucca and a 50-minute drive from Florence. You can reach Pisa and the seaside in half an hour. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A member of staff will greet you on arrival. A multilingual phone assistance service is available during business hours.

A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 22:00.

Please note that the property is accessed via an unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles.
