Staff was not able to organize a taxi for us even in 1 hour supposedly the entire town was very busy

great to be close to beach and a shopping mall and an indoor padel court

the spa is terrible it doesnt even count as a spa more like massage beds next to the pool

Staff knowledgeable and friendly lovely room great gin and tonuc

Would have liked bar or cafe to be open on rooftop but its off season

Excellent location amazing pool and atmosphere

Staff can be rude and you couldn t put things on the room They also made us switch rooms during our stay Location isn t great but the hotel itself is nice

The receptionist Liliana was friendly and interested She was very helpful Thank you

The hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious and have a modern feeling Friendly staffs

Have been here several times now What a shame to see how this hotel has lost it s charme especially with he puro beach THE hotel guests do not have priority still bad WiFi connection THE rooms need refreshment hotel personel was not friendly at all used to be our favourite hotel in Barcelona but Will never return again

It was reasonably priced as it was Easter weekend Room was clean and air conditioning not too noisy

Location There are no restaurants and bars near to hotel Quite a walk to nearest metro Surrounding area not very nice and wouldn t want to walk about alone at night

Everything brilliant hotel with amazing staff Breakfast superb Staff massively helpful
