Flat 7 The Steading

A 2-minute drive from the centre of Aviemore, in the Cairngorms National Park, is the luxury apartment Flat 7, The Steading. This 1st-floor apartment benefits from ample on-site parking, and offers guests free Wi-Fi access.

Flat 7, The Steading has an open-plan living area, with flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock. There is a dining table with views of the garden through double glass doors, and a full kitchen with oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room takes care of the laundry with a washing machine.

The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom in contemporary style, with a large shower. The twin bedroom has the use of a family bathroom.

Aviemore is well-known as a skiing destination, but there are many other attractions within easy reach of The Steading. Among them, travel the Cairngorm Mountain Railway up the UKs 6th highest mountain, with a restaurant at the top, just 9 miles from the town. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note that the apartments do not have a reception facility or on-site staff. Key collection information will be sent via email 5 days prior to arrival. Guests must bring this information with them upon arrival to ensure access to their apartment.
