Shops, restaurants and bars can all be found in the town of Roses.

J&V Sol i Mar 20 apartment is located just a 15 minute drive from Cap de Creus Nature Reserve, and the lovely Golf de Roses offers opportunities for swimming and water sports. Girona Airport is a 50-minute drive away. Please inform J&V Sol i Mar 20 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Key collection takes place from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 19:00. On Sundays the hours are from 11:00 to 11:30 and from 19:00 to 19:30.

Please note that check-in after 19:30 carries a surcharge of EUR 25.

Towels and bed linen are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them for a supplement of EUR 15 per person. These must be reserved in advance.

Electricity costs are not included in the price in the winter season. These will be charged according to consumption after departure.
