Nestled in the cradle of alpine skiing, Haus Schimpfssel offers chalet-style accommodation on the foot of the Austrian Alps. A small ski lift, a garden and BBQ facilities. A toboggan run and cross-country skiing track are a 5-minute walk away.

The studios and apartments feature a mountain and garden view, a microwave, stove, fridge and a separate seating and dining area. Each has a satellite TV, central heating and a private bathroom.

Guests can make use of the self-catering accommodation with a grocery store a 5-minute walk away. A variety of local restaurants are located within a 3-minute drive away by car.

Local activities include cycling and hiking. Haus Schimpfssel offers a ski storage facility, a communal washing machine and dryer and luggage storage. An indoor pool is situated in Petneu, a 10 minute drive away.

Haus Schimpfssel offers free parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. St. Anton and Landeck are within 16 km away. Innsbruck Airport is a 50-minute drive away by car. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. Please note that Haus Schimpfssel only takes deposits via bank transfer.

Please note that in the winter season 2016/17, a free ski storage at the Skidepot St. Anton can be arranged upon request.
