The room is beautiful

1 The air conditioner does not work 2 the location is a little far from Metro station 3 The breakfast is poor and they ask extra money if you want to eat the cooked food such as fried egg sausages bean and so forth 4 They keep brothering you by telephone and knocking the door when u re close the time of check out I felt i was going to be thrown out 5 Wiffi is very poor slow and sometimes no connection

My sheets and glasses weren t changed during house cleaning

Location was great

The check in staff were stony faced was not made to feel welcome No bar area no alcohol

The elevator needs to be dramatically improved It took unbelievable time to open and close the door During peak time this was a real issue

The Bathroom tap split into hot and cold water the first night I spend it in a very small room without air circulation and without air condition

Probably the most helpful staff for a hotel in Hyde Park We went at an extremely busy time however the staff were not phased by this an were very efficient Always greeted you with a smile Which is contagious

Convenient location to 2 tube stations food and supermarkets were just less than 5mins away

I could hardly move freely in the bedroom and bathroom Not to mention no proper place to put my luggage Wardrobe was a such a disappointment cant even hang my clothes properly

The location is very good nearby 2 metro station and the Hyde Park is just across the street

The room was too small with VERY cerky floor poor sound proof low ceiling and very dirty window

Comfortable beds great shower spacious rooms close to tube station good location clean helpful staff great decor continental breakfast included

Hotel could do with an update Carpets are tatty some fixtures eg shower holder need fixed and the net curtain smelled strongly of tobacco suspect it has never been washed
