LM Rsidence is located in Gassin just 700 metres from the Saint-Tropez Port and and 900 metres from the Saint Tropez city centre. There is 1 private parking space per accommodation, and guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool.

The accommodations are simply decorated and feature a washing machine and a flat-screen TV. Each accommodation has a private bathroom.

Guests will find a snack bar and bakery just 150 metres away and a supermarket just 600 metres away. Guests can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Piscine #1 is closed from Fri 11 Oct 2019 until Wed 01 Apr 2020 A damage deposit of EUR 1300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen is not provided for stays less than 7 nights. Towels are not provided. Bed linen and towel rental is available at the property.
