Please note smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Guests are required to fill in the Pre-Registration form at least 24 hours prior to check in. Guests can then check in at the front desk, where they will be provided with a digital card key. Upon check out, guests must leave the key inside the property. Guests not returning the key card will be charged an additional US $80.00 replacement fee.

Additionally, guests will be provided with a remote control to acces the underground parking lot. This remote control must also be left inside the property upon check out.

Guests are required to follow condominium rules and regulations during their stay. This information is provided in the Guest Welcome Letter and Guest Book located on site. Guests not returning the remote control will be charged an additional US $150.00 replacement fee.
