The one and two bedroom cottages are equipped with a bathroom, a full kitchen and a sun room. Linens and towels are not supplied, but can be rented directly from the resort.

The Cottages at Summer Village has 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, kids pools, playgrounds, basketball court, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce courts and other sporting areas. Complimentary WiFi is available in some of the cottages.

Portland International Jetport Airport is 51 km away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, guests will need to bring bed sheets and bath towels, or arrange renting them from the resort.
