Great location and lovely clean bathroom

No air con in the room and the fan was extremely noisy which meant a poor nights sleep It was stifling hot without the fan on The beds were hard and uncomfortable The breakfast was small with poor choice

friendly staff good location value for location food was fresh pretty wide choice bed comfy and clean

It was down as family room but it seemed as though an extra double bed was just popped in there to get more people in We where literally tripping over each other and constantly walking into the beds The bathroom door could only open half way due to the bed being too close The room was baking even with window open but with kids this was not safe being 3 stories high and the fan was too noisy preventing sleep very frustrating It looked nice on walking in but needs some TLC

Very very small The rooms are packed into a maze of tiny corridors No space in the dining room Chairs and elbows in your face Breakfast finished at 930 Food and drinks were immediately tidied away whilst we were still eating Bedroom was crammed with an oversized bed and little space to move around it

The staff were very polite and helpful Our rooms were huge and very comfortable It was great having a separate living room

The room we were in on our first night was small the toilet didn t work properly nor the air conditioner When we complained we were moved to a fantastic room so thank you very much

Didn t like to see a caged bird in the bar area It s a cruel and out dated idea

I had an upgrade to suite 31 It is very spacious and makes you feel very comfortable There were some water bottles in the fridge that was perfect I really appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and the Wedgwood cups and dishes The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower very pleasant The breakfast is fantastic and not only for Italian standards

Very convenient location and comfortable hotel We stayed there for a second time and will return again
