We were on the top floor I didn t realize I should have asked for a lower floor If you have mobility issues make sure to get a room on a lower level I found the climb to the top with a toddler and very pregnant incredibly hard
The bed was very comfortable with beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets the pillows were plump and soft Cleanliness was outstanding
Access the climb up the stairs was tiring as there are no lifts

Its shambels absolutely shocking in the name of 5 Star Other rooms might be better but this was horrendous
put us on 4th floor no lift Biggest issue was that this floor was used by a family who ran up and down corridors shouting and screaming from 6am onwards I told staff and they just said sorry to hear that
