After living in Milan and traveling numerous times this was by far the best value for money deal New hotel recently opened excellent location for a great price Will be back for sure

Lovely hotel clean facilities and nice rooms Not worth the rate that was charged but nice anyhow

Dreadful for noise levels 2 nights of NO sleep whatsoever as next door were slamming and banging doors and screaming all night Hotel staff were not very sympathetic and were more interested in what we used in the mini bar Breakfast was awful don t pay 11 Euros go outside

Staff were great in all areas Underground garage great as we are touring

Decent breakfast above average great location close to public transport and just a few stops for Vienna downtown

There were 5 steps to get to the reception with no ramp so we had to carry the stroller just for these few steps before we could use the lift Not that important just a bit annoying for a family with a baby

Best brrakfast ever loved the room and bathroom Good elavator service

Really nice staff reception advised us some really nice things to do Breakfast is really good and the city center is 10 15 minutes walk

The location was perfect within walking distance of all of the sights The staff was helpful with our travels and suggested two great restaurants that we would not have found otherwise The breakfast was extensive and a great way to start the day

No bad experience just did not like the shower It was cramped and awkward to hold the shower extension No place for soap or shampoo

You can hear the noise from one room to the other

Price was affordable breakfast boufet was excellent tho

The overall cleanliness and smell of the hotel was not at 4 standards
