When asking about the opening hours or location of spa facilities I was told to google When asking for the way to plaza cataluna I was given the wrong directions In general did not feel well taken care of by the stuff My room had only window looking to another wall no day light Also the toilet was not cleaned properly as it still had blood stains Curtains were transparent so that when light was switched on I felt people can look inside the room Disappointed from a 4 star hotel where I paid 280 Eur for 2 nights

Stayed for our wedding anniversary and we were treated by the hotel to a bottle of fizz on ice and some nice fresh fruit in our room on arrival Worth booking a room with terrace for the extra comfort and luxury

The rooms were very large clean and modern and the bed was comfortable The pool was refreshing and relaxing and there was a big variety of food for breakfast

The restaurant was poorly decorated and unwelcoming

The bed and pillows are comfortable Although it was not a double bed as announced it was 2 single beds together that separate and move very easy which is frustrating

The worse customer service of my life they treat me like a criminal since the minute I made the reservation because i used the wrong card by accident and when i corrected the mistake they still treat me very poorly and demanding The food in the restaurant buffet is discussing dont try it for 32 you can have a very luxurious breakfast in Passaig de Gracia in a lovely terrace The food was RAW and cold Overall i will not repeat and i certainly do not recommend it

Lovely modern boutique hotel right in the centre of the gothic quarter friendly staff

Room was too small

The bed was OK the location close to the historic area of the city

Breakfast no variety and very expensive the price paid for the room is a bit high

The breakfast was very good Swimming pool area lovely but too crowded Hotel in a brilliant area for exploring could nearly walk to all site seeing areas

The bar staff at the pool area were appalling to slow disappeared when a queue appeared then come back and serve someone else If you could get a drink walked away two or three times Also some were not allowed to use till could serve you but couldnot take money BIZZARE Bathroom was poor mould around bath top Some of the finish in hotel was poor It needs a bit of refurbishment
