Clean located next to tube station
Got charged twice on booking and was told this was because I d booked 2 room and then eventually told it was a mistake Breakfast was extremely busy had to ask for cutlery and coffee felt very under pressure On check out we were asked to return the abdators we had borrowed and felt we had to argue why we didn t have one

The staff were great very friendly and accommodating nothing too much trouble Location also great just around the corner from Earls Court tube station Lots of restaurants and cafe s in the area
We had a really small bedroom should have asked for a larger room but as we were only staying two nights decided against it Bathroom and shower very tiny but all very clean

Safe didn t work
We had a problem with our room and the staff were amazing and gave us an even nicer room than we paid for to compensate Lovely hotel rooms and staff Also the beds are extremely comfortable
Our room was not ready to check in at 2pm as specified
Both myself and my friend agreed that the over all stay was very good I meet up with my friend most years it s important to have good accommodation and location All the Staff especially the restaurant were extremely helpful and kind
Although our room was in the basement at fiirst we were a little disappointed with it but really it didn t matter we were out every day it was very adequate for our needs and was looked after by the house staff very well Change of linen and towels regularly
