Great Breakfast Ideal position for visiting the city Friendly Staff Enough space for working in the lobby with a laptop

Some options at the bar are a bit pricey

All the staff are happy and smiling Such a good sign I loved it when doors were opened for me Its the little touches that make a stay special Plus I was able to check in early a god send after coming off the overnight train from Scotland Breakfast was a joy Fresh smoothies for breakfast smoked salmon for those of us who don t like bacon sausages Fresh fruit was left in the room on my second day I think they saw that I ate fruit by the remnants in my waste bin So thoughtful

The tv and the remote control had an extremely slow connection A test to ones patience

No Explanation on how the lift worked with the hotel key card Room was left open after maid had cleaned room We came backe after a show and door was open for anyone to walk in

Room did not smell well

The location friendly and helpful attitude of the staff except for the dining room staff who did not have the customary smile Perhaps they were very busy

Nothing really Except there was no br though it was mentioned that there was

The staff were very welcoming the facilities in the room were excellent Quality bedding It is central to everything

Clean room nice furniture and decor lovely bathroom with tub and shower separate Staff very friendly and helpful when needing things printed Not far from the train station

The artwork on the wall it s not to everyone s taste Also breakfast was ridiculously expensive so we didn t have it A little far from the centre of Milan so not always easy to get back late after a night out or to leave early for a flight

Beds were comfy Room was clean On request the staff dealt with an issue that we had with noisy neighbours

After seeing lovely pictures on the web I was a little disappointed with the room Although perfectly well equipped clean and comfy it was no more glamorous than a Premier Inn

Delux king room Lovely bed slept really well Nice choice of breakfast items Great central location for Theatres museums etc

Took a while to get tea and coffee in the morning at breakfast but apart from that not much to complain about
