Cross-country skiing trails are 1.5 km away. The Felsentherme Thermal Bath can be reached within 3 minutes by car. Within a 2-minute drive, the closest golf course can be reached. Bad Hofgastein is 10 km from the apartments and free private parking is available on site. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that visa support for foreigners is provided free of charge.
