Bolsena Lake is 27 km from the property, while Chianciano Terme is a 45-minute drive away. Please inform Villa Cecilia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 30 Sept 2021 until Sun 15 May 2022 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that heating is available at an extra cost of EUR 4.50 per m3.
