Guests will receive an email after booking containing a rental agreement. The property must receive the signed rental agreement and a copy of a photo ID within 48 hours of booking to secure a reservation.

After full payment is taken and the rental agreement and copy of ID are received the propertys details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you via email.
