For bookings of 6 or less guests the downstairs room, which has a queen-sized bed and an en suite will not be unlocked unless arranged prior to your stay, as there are sufficient beds upstairs for 6 guests. The property can unlock this room, however, they need to be informed, prior to arrival, as the owners do not live on-site. If this is not arranged, prior to arrival, the property cannot guarantee that this room can be opened.
