You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in outside of office hours carries a EUR 30 surcharge.

Towels are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 4 per person and stay. Alternatively guests can bring their own.
