This holiday home offers a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with outdoor furniture, overlooking the river. There is another balcony at the the back of the house which looks out into the neighboring bush reserve. The lounge area offers a sofa, a 65-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound system, a DVD player and an iPod docking station.

Guests have access to a book and DVD library, BBQ facilities and picnic sets.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including fishing, swimming and golfing. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a non-refundable 2.7% charge when you pay with a credit card. The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. If a booking is cancelled before 30 days of arrival and payment has been processed, a refund will be issued, minus the 2.7% credit card charge.

Please note that the areas accessible to guests is based on the amount of booked guests. For bookings of 5 guests, only the upstairs storey will be accessible. For bookings of 6 guests or more, both the upstairs and downstairs areas will be accessible. Managed by a private host
