From June until September guests can use an indoor pool with French windows for a surcharge.

You can reach a public landing stage and a bathing jetty, as well as a small pebble beach within 100 metres and some stairs from the property. An ancient footpath to Gandria starts right outside the apartment. The Lido San Domenico public beach is 600 metres away.

The Tamporiva Bus Stop is 70 metres away, and the San Domenico and Post Castagnola Bus Stops, as well as 2 restaurants, are 350 metres away. Upon request, parking is possible at Barony Le Pergole against a surcharge.

The Monte Br Cable Car, the Lido Lugano public beach, tennis courts, a fitness centre, and various supermarkets are between 1.2 and 1.4 km away. The Congress Centre is 1.6 km away, and the centre of Lugano is 2.5 km away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. A damage deposit of CHF 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartment is accessible via an outside staircase.

Late check-in after 19.00 and late check-out after 10.00 will incur a CHF 100 fee per hour. Check-in after 22.00 is not possible.

In case of a long stay the bedlinen and towels and the weekly cleaning will be changed weekly with weekly charge.
