Friendly Reception staff Bed was very comfortable and overall the room was better than expected Good wi fi
Not the fault of the Hotel but Sloane Street can get a bit noisy from various sports supercars having a bit of a pose Might be OK in early evening but no so clever at midnight
Very helpful staff We had a problem with our door and the manager went out of his way to help us and gave us a free breakfast to make up for it The hotel was extremely clean and had good facilities Great value for a hotel in London
It was a little way from the nearest tube station but there was a bus stop very close by

We were in room 950 and it was a very long walk and 2 different lifts from Reception It would have been more convenient to have a mirror over the desk to be able to use a hairdryer It was difficult to find anyone in the lounge bar to serve us on Sunday afternoon
