The property is 14 km from La Malbaie and boasts views of the mountains and Saint-Lawrence River.

After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A security deposit of CAD 500 will be charged on the guests credit card before arrival and will be reimbursed one week following check-out pending possible damages.
