Bed extremely comfortable

Loved the room thought it was disappointing having to pay for the snacks in the room and they were way to expensive

The pool was cold and the pool changing rooms weren t tidy at all

always replenished towels room cleaning throughout day the decor tv media

did not replenish bathroom toiletries shower gel etc

2 twin beds instead of 1 double would have been more comfortable

Everything was just right spacious rooms comfy beds and brilliant spa area Room service was expensive BUT excellent I emailed in advance asking for a room with a bath as my partner was running in the marathon Upon checking in we were informed they had upgraded us to a junior suite so we could have a bath

The technology in the room sometimes felt a little over complicated

i didn t eat but the hotel staff and location was great Very comfortable junior suite with all the extras added even a brolly in the wardrobe also a cool gadget for free use during your stay advising all you need to know about London was very impressed

could have done with a bit more variety on the room service menu but most don t eat in there rooms I suppose with so much going on out and about

None not worth for the money we paid

Dirty brownish stain seems like blood bed sheet Possibly not changed at all The hotel staff front office manager and receptionist only the ones who could speak English apologised saying it is a human mistake what else could be Check your bed before laying down if you are not happy don t change your mind with offered bottle of wine it is not worth

This is a new hotel and is the worst place we have stayed Hotel is actually quite good but our experience wasn t The advertised roof top bar is not open Neither was the gym We could use the gym in a nearby hotel but we were given wrong directions We needed the IT guy to come to our room to unlock the parent lock on the TV to watch a 12plus movie at 5 in the afternoon Breakfast order wasn t placed so we waited 35 minutes for eggs Touch pad for lights wasn t working properly Whoever delivered the paper in the morning thought it was a good idea to ring the doorbell to wake us Will probably be a very good place once staff know what they are doing and the misleading advertising with the roof bar and gym is fixed

Excellent room and service lovely spa

iPads to control room froze however they quickly fixed it
