Acknowledging that it was a birthday celebration and providing a birthday cheesecake this was a nice thoughtful touch Thank you

The room wasn t ready at check in time and the children s bed wasn t set up as requested This was quickly sorted out after it was brought to their attention

No restaurant facilities the evening we booked in Nice to have been advised at the time of booking

I thought the facilities were excellent and the breakfast was yummy Bedroom and bathroom clean and great powerful shower

The room telephone wouldn t connect well as there was a dodgy telephone cable However this was quickly rectified once I reported it

The service was excellent lovely staff Everything was good including the food bar and live entertainment The choices at breakfast were incredible first class

The food was great but the steak was thin it tasted really good just a little thin Americans have steak like that for breakfast and I m not kidding lol
