The staff was very warm yet professional Andre at the concierge desk was particularly helpful The bar staff also great Location is fantastic close to British Museum and easy walk to West End theatres

The rooms are nicely appointed but as with most hotels in central London quite small

The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem even when I asked for extra coat hangers and tea bags

There wasn t enough space to store away two suit cases I could have done with more cupboards but that s because we brought several suits Also we struggled with the lights We couldn t just have the bedside lamps on but that may have been us

Every where was so clean Decor exellent Shower rooms small but very adaquate Staff lovley Pimlico is a great area to stay Easy walk to Victoria and Pimlico underground Will be the place I stay when visiting London

No negatives If they had an evening restaurant may be good

Breakfast quality was good comfy bed

Small room the wardrobe door could not be opened fully as it hit the room doors closer you needed to open the shower door to sit on the loo and having to wait at the dining room door for 10 mins to be seated then wait another 10 minutes before the empty bread drinks and food dishes were replenished This happened on both days and on the second some of the dishes were not replaced Valance sheet covered with white stains Air con was ineffective

Overall pleasantness of staff and the comfortable feel of the hotel

The breakfast was overpriced was limited to 2 eggs so could not have a fried egg and scrambled eggs as 2 eggs were used in the scrambled egg

Lovely hotel but room could be a bit bigger Everything else was excellent
