Just a great hotel great location breakfast was great

Very close to Euston Station rail and underground Staff all very helpful Comfortable bed Quiet Stayed at back of hotel Breakfast everything you could want

Gym wasn t available

Old school service and ambiance Close to Tube and high street shops and public transport

35 minutes to check in Room key did not work Had to be given new room TV very hard to work Also room lighting too high tech

The hotel in general was a good experience

The Breakfast was not 5 star standard for example no menu on the table and when we went to the self serve breakfast bar our table had been reset and our tea and coffee had been removed plus the food at the Breakfast bar was not very hot

Excellent parking facilities

The staf was very kind Always smiling Always helpfull They have thought od everything to make you feel good at al time A lot of suprises

The bed was very large and it took me some effort to clime in No separate light in the bathroom But all was nothing against all the good things A hotel that makes you smile

Lovely quiet comfortable room exactly all you need in a handy location
