Location is great
I can t stay in hotel without WIFI the wifi was not working and i spent half of my time in the lobby using the PC of the hotel on a not comfy chair and then wait for my friends to finish so we can go out for a simple reaps that the wifi was not working and when we complain the staff at the reception answered its free WIFI very disappointing
Everything was perfect The room is great and calm We didn t take breakfast but it was not a problem to find a place to eat outside
We stayed at Opera room and everything was excellent The photos here on booking com really don t do any justice to how lovely the room was in reality We loved the spa bath a lot and the breakfast was fantastic ordered it in a room and enjoyed every bit of it Highly recommended
A bit pricy but it was worth every cent spent

shower controls in the wrong place no curtains in the bedroom no chairs in the restaurant and bedroom only low cubes to sit on
Very bad becouse was problem where to park a car Pablic parking was very expensive 45 eur per night
Everything was great the lifts were extremely quick and in excellenct condition Room had a large Tv
The walk to the tram stop is quite far 10mins An arranged collection service would have been great

doesn t deserve 5 stars at all whenever you ask for help or directions they ask you to go through the internet access to the terrace is limited to specific times it was closed at 8 am no one helped us with the baggage 5 stars serves the spa is small room with 2 machines air conditioning didn t work until we made a complaint
