The staff were fantastic Very friendly helpful and chatty It felt friendly coming into the hotel The bed was incredible and slept like a log and I Was trying to think of ways to take the bedding and the towels with me Very comfortable

I sprung for the delux room I think it was not the cheapest one and i was expecting a nice big room but it was small and had one window in the corner of the room with a wonderful view of scaffolding and bird poo The pics online were definitely misleading There was also a downpipe loose so In the morning it sounded like a waterfall right outside the window Not what I was expecting for what I paid

Didn t spend any extra the whole week my revenge

The reception staff where unwelcoming got my room wrong had to return twice to check in The room I booked was not ready until 4 o clock Rather rude in there manner maybe the fact they where Spanish and came over strong dont like being told listen to me

The temperature in the hotel was very warm and the air conditioning was not working

Staff could not be more helpful Excellent The lobby staff doormen just fab

Staff very friendly as usual and a wonderful location

Our room was very small and the bed far too small for a couple We would recommend this room for a single guest only and would prefer to stay in the main hotel and not the next door property in the future

Staff was not responsive when check in very slow Had some problem with house keeping and was not able to resolve it efficiently before I check out
