Villas Alto da Ria

Located in the fishing village of Alvor, Villa Alto da Ria are a set of houses situated a 5-minute walk from the beach. These units are 7 km from the centre of Portimo.

Each accommodation has a living room with a TV and DVD player. There is a fireplace in the living area, which also includes a dining table. There is an equipped kitchen in each house.

Guests may cook their own meals in the modern kitchen, which includes the necessary equipment to prepare meals. Alternatively, several local restaurants are available in the Portimo centre. The Alvor centre is a 2-minute walk away and has a variety of fish and seafood restaurants.

The Portimo city centre has a wide range of shops, cafs and bars for guests to discover. Popular Rocha Beach is 6.5 km away from the unit. Faro International Airport is 75 km away. An airport shuttle is available at a surcharge. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform Villas Alto da Ria in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 19:00 to 00:00 has a surcharge of EUR 35. The 5 bedroom house only has air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms upstairs.

Please note that the 50% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and must be paid by credit card or debit card. The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
