Seljenes Cottage

Set by the Porsangerfjord in Russenes, this three-bedroom cottage has a kitchen and terrace overlooking the water. A bonfire pit is also featured. Parking is free. The North Cape Plateau is a 1-hour drive away.

The wood-panelled Seljenes Cottage has a microwave, an electric cooker and a dining area. The living room has a sofa, fireplace and radio. A sauna and barbecue grill are also available.

A small rowing boat can be rented on site. Salmon fishing is popular on the Repparfjord River, 35 km away. Both Hammerfest and Alta town centres, as well as Lakselv Airport, are 100 km from Seljenes.

There is possibility to chase the Northern Lights here from September to April. The summer months offer a midnight sun experience.
