Die Alpenrose is situated in Niedernsill in the Oberpinzgau region, 8 km from Kaprun and 12 km from Zell am See, and offers spacious apartments with a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and free WiFi. There is one apartment on each floor. A childrens playground, with a swing and a see saw, is on site. Tables and chairs over looking the mountains. BBQ facilities.

A swimming lake can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. A restaurant and 2 supermarkets can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.

A train runs once per hour and in summer an original steam train runs twice per week from the village.

An easy ski slope for beginners is 200 metres away. The Maiskogel Ski Area is 11 km, the Areitbahn is 12 km away, and the Kitzbhel Alps Ski Area is 14 km away from the Alpenrose apartments. (Winter only). On request, the property offers a shuttle service to the stop of the free ski bus. Mountain bike hire is possible on site and a car can be rented per day.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
