The house is carefully decorated and includes an ample living and dining area, which opens to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

The nearby Nazar centre and seafront area has a variety of restaurants serving the regions traditional fish and seafood dishes. Guests may also prepare their own meals in the equipped kitchen, which features all the necessary cooking utensils.

Peniche is a 43-minute drive and has a harbour with boat connections to the sunny Berlengas Island. Peniches beaches are also well-known as some of the top surfing spots in Portugal. Lisbon International Airport is a 60-minute drive from Trade Winds - Holiday Villas. An airport shuttle is available, at a surcharge. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check in after 18:00 with the presence of a member of the staff has a surcharge of EUR 60. Late check in is free if keys are picked up from the safe box at the welcome centre.
