This fully equipped house in Welgevonden Estate Stellenbosch was built by us in 2006 and used by our eldest two children whilst they completed their medical studies at the Tygerberg Medical campus. The original purpose was so that we could visit them as often as possible and they also made use of the house from time to time. After they graduated as Medical Doctors we decided to upgrade the house and start letting it as a self-catering holiday house. Situated in the Welgevonden Estate, Fynbos Feniks Apartment offers a self-catering cottage with indoor BBQ facilities.

This double -story house comes with an open-plan living space on the first floor that includes a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a sitting area with a TV and 1 bedroom. The second bedroom is on the ground floor, as well as a lounge with a fireplace, and a laundry room.

The cottage offers 24-hour security and private parking on site. Stone Square Shopping Centre is within a 650 metre walk of the property.
