Chill Out

Large covered, lounge and dining terraces are available at Chill Out, as well as an outdoor pool and sun loungers. It is 15 minutes drive from the beaches at Albir and Altea.

The living-dining room comes with a wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV. Its kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Chill Out has 4 double rooms, 2 of them with a king-size bed. Air conditioning is available in some of the rooms at an extra charge. The house also includes 2 bathrooms, bed linen and towels.

Outdoors you will find a play area for children, an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. There is also a private parking space.

Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park can both be reached in a 15-minute drive. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Serra del Reclot, 41, 03530 La Nuca (Alicante). Please inform Chill Out in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 100 per week.

Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 54,95 per week.

Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay.

Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 1000, to be charged in the case of damages.

Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100.

Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.
