Villa Casanova is a modern, very well maintained holiday villa with stunning views from the pool terrace and the upper terraces to the sea, the mountains, and the whole area. The villa consists of 2 floors and is very comfortable. Beautiful outside area with summer kitchen, private pool, etc. Offering fantastic views of Denia Bay, Villa Casanova features an outdoor pool and sun terraces with loungers. Located in Denias Las Rotas area, the nearest beaches are 5 minutes drive away.

Bright and spacious, the villa includes free Wi-Fi and a spacious living-dining area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and fireplace. Its kitchen includes an oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

There are 3 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with a king-size bed. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outdoors there is another kitchen area with a grill, gas hob and drinks fridge, as well as a semi-covered dining area. There is also a small play area for children.

Denia city centre is a 5-minute drive away and has a range of eating options and shops. Montg Nature Reserve is just 10 minutes away by car. Private parking for 2 cars is available at the property Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Villa Casanova in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. There is an extra room, including air conditioning, available for EUR 5 per day.
