Villa Laura

Villa Laura consists of 3 stone houses and an outdoor pool in a small village near Barban. Free Wi-Fi is provided, there are sun loungers on the poolside terrace, and you can also make great barbecue and dine under the large gazebo.

The 1st house features a living room with kitchen on the ground floor, as well as 4 bedrooms on the 2 upper floors. There are 2 bedrooms in the 2nd house, which also has a kitchen and living room on ground level.

The 3rd house is closest to the swimming pool and it contains a bedroom with en suite bathroom on both of its floors. There are 6 bathrooms in total.

Flat-screen satellite TV, game console and DVD player are standard amenities. Kitchen facilities include a toaster, dishwasher and electric kettle.

Laura Villa is 200 metres from a local bus stop with connections to Pula 2 times a day. The nearest beach is 7 km away, while Pula is at a distance of 28 km. Please inform Villa Laura in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Mon 01 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
