Established in the 1840s, Jim McGees guest house is located in Wexford city centre, just 22 minutes drive from Rosslare Europort. It boasts a bar and a sun terrace.

All rooms at Jim McGees are non-smoking and feature an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a flat-screen TV. There are also ironing facilities that are available upon request. There are also ground floor rooms in our courtyard, situated away from the bar area and road noise, some rooms have their own private entrance.

Popular with the locals, the bar hosts a number of live music events which guests can enjoy in the evenings. With a number of flat-screen TVs placed throughout the bar, it is also a common destination for sports fans.

From the guest house Wexford Opera House is a short 4-minute walk away. Wexford Harbour is an 8-minute stroll from the property and Curracloe beach, where some of the scenes of Saving Private Ryan were filmed, is also 12 km away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that some rooms can suffer from noise. This is due to the town centre location, the beer garden, and the onsite pub, which offers live music on most nights (particularly at weekends).

Pets cannot be accommodated on the premised, but can be accommodated locally either in Day Care/Night Care by a very renowned facility.
