- The house has no capacity for extra beds, so its maximum capacity will be 4 pax (including children).

- A tourist tax of 1,20 EUR per person (during the low season from November to April) and 2,20 EUR per person will be additionally charged according to the legislation in force and approved by the Municipality of Mafra from 2019 onwards (during the high season from May to October), per night and which must be paid on the check-in date. This fee is charged to all guests aged 13 and over and is limited to a 7 night stay per person.

- According to the legislation in force in Portugal (and in other countries of the European Union) it is mandatory to communicate accommodation to the SEF Servio de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras, a way to allow the control of all foreign citizens in national territory, being mandatory this communication within 3 days of your arrival. Therefore, it will be necessary to obtain the following information from all foreign citizens (including children), Full Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Nationality, Place of Residence, Country of Residence, Document number (ID or passport) and country document issuer. We warn that without this information it will not be possible for us by law to accommodate any foreign guest. The communication to the SEF will be made electronically on the SEF portal, by the owner of the accommodation. Managed by a private host
