Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 41 rue des Arnes, 40600 BISCARROSSE PLAGE. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that you have to give the agency a civil liability attestation on the day of arrival.

Please note that a EUR 20 application fee is not included in the price.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. You can bring your own or rent some on site: - Bed linen: EUR 15 per person - Towels: EUR 8 per person
