Chalet Nr 1 also shares a seasonal outdoor pool with the house complex.

Located in the north-eastern Majorca, you can reach the 3 small beaches of Cala Clara, Cala Molins and Cala Carbn in less than 15 minutes by car. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform MOLINS 1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that key collection takes places at the property. The property owner will contact you with more details once the reservation is confirmed.

Please note that the cleaning fees are included in the price. Towels are changed every 4 days, while bed linen every 7 days.
