Starting from Belgirate, ending at Arona it is all a green area with many historic private villas and residences with gardens and swimming pools.

It is a one-room flat on the first floor in a building of the 1600s with a garden where you can directly access the lake, it is composed by: living room with a double sofa bed, fireplace and cooking area, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, terrace with lake view, private beach. The flat can be accomodate up to 4 people:

- 2 persons in the double bedroom - 2 persons in the living room on the double sofa bed.
