Located in Parede, 20 minutes from the centre of Lisbon/ Sintra and 10 minutes from Cascais city, ParedeFats.com is an air-conditioned self-catering apartment with accommodation for 6 persons and offers free WiFi in all areas.

The two bedrooms available are connected to each other. One includes three single beds, the other, one single bed and one bunk bed. The living room features a cable TV, sofas and a dining area. The bathroom offers a shower and free toiletries.

At ParedeFlats guests can prepare their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively, restaurants can be found within 1-minute walk.

This apartment has access to two balconies with city view, one in the living room, the other in one of the bedrooms. Access to a terrace is also possible. Shuttle service is available at a surcharge and pets are allowed upon request.

The Parede Train Station is 1-minute walk from ParedeFlats. Here guests have also access to bus and taxi. Supermarkets and bars are available within 100 metres and the nearest beach is at a 9-minute walk. Lisbon International Airport is at a 25-minute drive. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.

Late Check-in: the normal hours are from 14:00 until 19:00 - there is 50 charge for late check-in until 22:00 thereafter 100 will apply to be paid in advance or at the moment of check-in.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

The accommodation must be left clean or an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please note that the 20% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. ParedeFlats will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of EUR 60 per stay.
