Not noisy helpful staff very handy for kings cross

The suite was not very big particularly if you have several items of luggage

The location is really good Our family experienced wonderful time in this hotel

Much nice than expected and much nicer than pictures showed Recently refurbished very clean large tv in each room Air con mini kitchen etc We had 3 room and the whole family were very pleased perfect stop over before taking eurostar 1 minute walk to St Pancras Kings Cross Very pleased

That we had to pay separately for the wifi 8 per room per night Think it would better if it was included in the price

Liked the 2 rooms great for the kids to have their own room

Had to change rooms because a plug in kids room was hanging off the wall with exposed wires

The location was convenient for Kings X and Euston

I felt unsafe in the property The room I stayed in had clearly had the door kicked in before and been patched up poorly Terribly over priced for the quality There was no fire exit if there was a fire in the kitchen I would ve been trapped

location close to kingscross pancreas stations little English pub aprox 100m up the street to the right with excellent home cooked cheap food etc

directions to get there i am always lost to know what direction to leave underground stations to find my way

staff eating breakfast on arrival to dining room then returning untouched bread items from their plates back to the breakfast buffet

Room had all we needed kitchenette comfy bed safe modern bathroom Continental breakfast was included Good value Great location for St Pancras International

The hotel was lovely comfortable bed nice bathroom The room was great to be honest it had everything you need

Ermm I wasn t really sure why my guests had to sign in and out of the property Made me feel like a child and my parents sere checking up on me
