Villa Rosa

Located in Moniga and 1 km from the shores of Lake Garda, Villa Rosa features an outdoor pool surrounded by a garden and self-catering apartments with a balcony.

Villa Rosa provides guests with free private parking and is less than a 15-minute drive from Desenzano del Garda and its sandy beach. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 20:00 to 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged extra EUR 5 per night according to usage.
