The villa is 6 km from Lake Burano and its nature reserve. The closest beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Water, gas and electricity, but also park and pool maintenance are included. Daily maid service from Monday to Saturday and air conditioning are also included. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. They are provided free of charge for stays over 7 days.
