Location and neighboring

Most of the time the room keys were blicked and we had move to the busy reception and spend long time to activate again the keys as problem they want to see my passport but for security reasons it was in the safaty box into the room and they have a complicated policies procedures we had wait long time with this issue also one of the lady who work outside reception was not polite who was last saturday afternoon around 3 to 5 pm on duty Recommended give education and customer relation training

Very comfortable room especially the bed Bus stop straight to city centre just down the road

About 20 mins away from the centre by bus

Central location and delicious breakfast

Poor english speaking skills Room was pretty small

With liked everything the location the welcome when we got there the complimentary glass of presecco was such a nice touch and the free mobile that had maps already programmed in so that you could take it out with you

We were told at reception to dial 0 from the phone We were unable to do this as there was no phone in our room

Location excellent Very close to metro station We came from Gare de Nord by metro which is easy route The hotel turned out to be in walking distance to it even though we took taxi w heavy luggage returning that cost less than 5 which is v fair

The space in the room not quite enough for handling two suitcases
