We were expecting a room that sleeps 3 comfortably with a shower and a bath but was given a double room with an extra bed The space was not adequate for 3 adults and the single bath area though large was inadequate

very modern hotel special attention to details very clean an comfortable rooms Good location for business district only 5 metro stops to Amsterdam center They put a nice baby bed and gave us some nice baby toiletries Good restaurant value for money where you get ipads instead of menu cards

Location was great bed was comfortable

Room had two problems 1 TV didn t work I contacted hotel staff they tried to fix it and by 9 pm they told me they couldn t fix it and offered a new room which is way too late at 9pm I wanted to just open the TV and sleep rather than repack and unpack They didn t even offer to compensate 2 The bathroom shower was leaking from the tube

Nice looking hotel inside and out train station was right next to the hotel

the room is clean and comfort

the gym room is too small and no swimming pool

SPA facilities are very good with a nice view over Vienna Front desk personnal especially FRUZSINA are very helpful proactively solving our needs will definitively return on my next trip

Big room good location for transport near open spaces

The wifi was not as good as it should have been for a business hotel
