This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in.

Sun Country Villas will email a separate rental agreement to all guests, which must be signed and returned within 72 hours to Sun Country Villas.

Please note Sun Country Villas expects the full amount of the reservation within 30 days of arrival.

Sun Country Villas will send guests a separate email confirmation with detailed payment information. After the property receives full payment, they will email guests the property address and check-in instructions.
